We are currently expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals who are eager to grow personally and professionally in the financial services industry. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are hardworking, coachable, people-oriented, and passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.

No previous experience in finance is required.

Our structured training and mentorship program is designed to equip entry-level professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and communication skills needed to work with individuals, families, and business owners. Team members will learn how to guide clients through conversations surrounding:

• Financial goal setting
• Retirement planning strategies
• Wealth accumulation and asset growth
• College planning solutions
• Insurance and protection strategies
• Long-term financial preparation

In this role, you will learn how to educate clients, identify financial needs, and help create customized strategies using the products and solutions available through our platform.

Minimum 18 years of age

Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or Work Permit with SSN

Soft background check required

Able to complete licensing requirements within 14 days
