Aboutthe Opportunity

Thisis a structured pathway into the financial services industryforindividuals who want a long-term, professionalcareer-not ashort-term sales gig. You'll receive training,mentorship, andsupport to earn the licenses required towork with clients in areassuch as life insurance,retirement planning, and basic investment strategies.

Thisrole is ideal for people who want to build a career helpingfamiliesimprove their financial futures, even if they'restarting with noprior industry experience.

Whatthe Role Involves

Guidingindividuals and families through foundational financial planning
Learningand educating clients about life insurance, retirementoptions,and income protection
Buildinglong-term client relationships
Followingcompliance standards and maintaining accurate documentation
Participatingin ongoing training, workshops, and mentorship programs

Training& Licensing Support

Assistancetoward obtaining your State Life Insurance License, Series6/63,and Mortgage Origination License
Somestates allow new representatives to begin earning under atemporary license (4-6 months depending on regulations)
Step-by-steponboarding with experienced mentors
Remote-friendlytools and systems
