We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Associates to join our team based in New York City!

Our retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central to the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, the UK, and the US, and planned openings nationwide. It's a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the retail world.

Your role:  

As a  Retail Sales Associate, your role will be to create a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our boutiques. We pride ourselves on sourcing only the best ingredients, producing authentic recipes, and presenting a premium product offering to our customers. It's therefore paramount that we deliver this with a premium service experience that’s both high quality and genuine, enabling us to create loyal customers who will want to return time and time again.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working on your feet in a fast-paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, processing register transactions, etc.

A key expectation of our team members is to continuously provide excellent customer experiences that will bring joy to their day!

• Able to serve gelato and coffee, while selling our high-quality chocolates.

• Be flexible according to the operational needs and be able to take on duties to support your team.

• High standards of appearance, presentation, cleanliness, and work quality.

• Confident in working a cash register.

• Experience in visual merchandising and a critical eye for how things are displayed.

• Ability to learn our recipes and take in knowledge of the ingredients and allergens.

• Work effectively and efficiently with and without direction.

• Demonstrate a ‘growth mindset’, always being proactive.
