Key Responsibilities
- Field Travel: Visit designated off-site locations daily to retrieve and process paper and electronic documents.
- Document Reproduction: Use portable scanners, mobile apps, or on-site equipment to copy medical, legal, and insurance records.
- Data Verification: Quality-check all scanned pages for clarity, completeness, and accurate indexing.
- Secure Uploads: Upload digital files securely to the company database immediately after retrieval.
- Client Relations: Act as the professional face of the company, building positive relationships with facility staff.
- Compliance & Privacy: Strictly maintain HIPAA, GLBA, and company privacy regulations when handling sensitive data.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm daily appointments with target facilities to maximize route efficiency.
