Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to help grow both our 3PL freight brokerage and fulfillment services. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven salesperson who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and earning uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Follow up on warm leads and existing opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for both freight brokerage and fulfillment solutions.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales experience is required (logistics, transportation, or 3PL experience is highly preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and prospecting daily.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline.
Compensation
- Small base salary
- Aggressive uncapped commission structure
- Significant earning potential based on performance
