Sales Specialist Join to apply for the Sales Specialist role at The Home Depot. Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $22.00/hr. Responsibilities Assist customers in bringing project ideas to life by offering a range of product options. Provide samples and recommend solutions—including installation and related services. Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options. Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages. Guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. Help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service. Actively monitor inventory and drive in-stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
