High acuity, high volume ER, no trauma - ~230 visits/day, 36 beds with overflow units

• 1: 4 Ratio
• Case Load: All ages (primarily Geriatric and Adult; 10% peds pts - will transport to CHOC), resp, stroke, abdominal pain, cardiac, sepsis

EPIC EXP HIGHLY PREFERRED, CALL OUT IF NO EPIC

• Start date: asap
• Ratios: 1:4
• Years of experience REQ: 1.5 year in the specialty is a HARDSTOP, prefers 2 years. Redirect anything less than 1.5 years
• First-timers accepted: NO - if strong experience, screen
• Weekend REQ: MAY EXCEED EVERY OTHER - MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK AT LEAST 6 WEEKEND SHIFTS PER 6 WEEK SCHEDULE CYCLE WHICH MAY INCLUDE A SHIFT EVERY WEEKEND
• Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
• Pref Certs: TNCC and CEN or CPN
• Is on-call REQ?: No

Will this traveler need to float between like units? YES - TELE HOLD AND ICU HOLD AS NEEDED

• Pending License accepted: No
• RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
• Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period
