Day to Day job Duties:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage each project's scope and timeline

• Plan and manage project delivery by tracking scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure activities are aligned and dependencies are addressed
• Manage stakeholder communication through regular updates, meetings, and expectation management
• Track project progress and performance using dashboards, reports, and key metrics

• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

• Help teams implement changes effectively

• Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand

• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

• Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in a Project Management

• Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling Ability to create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in Stakeholder Management, Risk & Issue Management
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps etc.
• Familiarity with software development

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

Nice to have:

• PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus

• ADO skills
