Sales Administrator

We are looking for individuals with a passion for the environment to join our direct sales team. In this role, you will support our sales team by managing the sales process from lead generation through contract execution. You will also be responsible for maintaining rebate programs, including stakeholder communication and submitting extension and payment requests. Additional responsibilities include facilitating cross-departmental communication and accurately documenting key information and activities.

• Research commercial and residential properties using public resources to identify key decision-makers and support business development efforts. • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking while utilizing Salesforce, Slack, Asana, and other business platforms to support daily operations. • Assist the Sales and Client Relations teams with contract administration, document management, reporting, and other sales support functions. • Coordinate project communications between Sales, Engineering, clients, and external stakeholders, including participation in project calls and site visits. • Prepare correspondence with state organizations and manage rebate submissions, extension requests, and related program documentation.

• 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related support role, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Compensation: $70,304.00 per year
