All in‑person interviews will take place at our Bridgeton location: 3859 Fee Fee Road, Bridgeton, MO 63044 Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy along with group sessions in clinic Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy Collect and record data on client behavior and progress Submit session notes and documentation as required Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene) Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required RBT certification preferred – we’ll help you get certified if you aren’t already! Prior ABA experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Must be able to pass background checks Comfortable working with children with special needs Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and physically respond in tough situations Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr Latitude Therapy
