We’re hiring a Clinical Director (BCBA) who wants a leadership-focused role with reduced billable expectations, strong organizational support, and the opportunity to drive high-quality clinical outcomes.

You’ll step into a full-time, clinic-based leadership role focused on overseeing ABA services, mentoring clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable clinic growth, with administrative and executive leadership support.

You’ll practice in St. Peters, Missouri, a growing community in the St. Louis metro area offering affordable living, strong schools, and convenient access to major amenities and professional opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $90,000 to $98,500+
