Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans in educational environments strongly preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with functional behavior assessments and progress monitoring
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs and design targeted intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to provide training, coaching, and guidance in implementing behavior plans
- Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as necessary
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in behavioral practice
