Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of couples and families, facilitating both joint and individual therapy sessions to address interpersonal dynamics and behavioral issues.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to help clients cope effectively with various challenges.

• Providing therapeutic support for a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, adjustment to separation and divorce, and blended family dynamics.

• Using diagnostic tools and methodologies to evaluate and monitor client progress, ensuring continuous improvement in their mental health journey.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ensure that clients receive comprehensive support across all aspects of their well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population that includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous base salary, our benefits package includes:
