Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ER to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with medical teams to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and IV fluids as needed and monitor patient responses.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to manage emergency situations and complex patient conditions.
• Document all patient care activities clearly and accurately.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN License required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department environment required.
• Previous travel assignment experience is required.
• Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities as needed.
