Fun Atmosphere : We take our work seriously but love to have fun while doing it! What You’ll Do: Assessments : Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations for clients aged 18 and older. Collaborative Care : Work with clients to set achievable goals and create personalized treatment plans. Therapy Sessions : Provide therapy through various modalities for individuals, groups, and families. Track Progress : Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Documentation : Maintain accurate and confidential client records. What You Bring: Education : Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Licensure : A current or anticipated Massachusetts license to practice independently. Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
