Position Summary We are looking for a Pasta Cook to maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation. The role involves timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items and supporting line checks and prep duties. Responsibilities Prepare pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items accurately and timely. Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift. Perform station opening/closing and side work duties. Maintain proper temperature of equipment; practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment. Assist in delivering a memorable dining experience and uphold the CPK High 5 service philosophy. Qualifications Three to six months related experience or training in a food service environment.
