You will help shape our compliance program, support our CMMC certification journey, improve processes, and build the policies, procedures, and workflows that will help take CI-Dell to the next level. This is more than a compliance role; it is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in a company where your ideas are valued and your contributions matter.What You'll DoPartner with our Quality Manager to build and strengthen our compliance programSupport compliance with federal contracting, aerospace, and manufacturing requirements, including FAR, DFARS, CMMC, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and related regulationsReview customer contracts, complete proposal compliance documentation, and respond to customer requests through secure portalsDevelop policies, procedures, and employee training that support compliance and continuous improvementConduct internal audits, identify risks, and recommend process improvementsOwn our document control system, including version control, document templates, forms, records retention, and cross-department document managementWork closely with Quality, Sales, IT, and Operations to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are metWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree with 4+ years of compliance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, government contracting, or another regulated industry preferredKnowledge of document control, quality systems, federal regulations, or CMMC is a plus—we're looking for someone eager to learn and growAdvanced Microsoft Office skills and exceptional attention to detailStrong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to successfully pass a background check required for access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)Why CI-Dell Plastics?
