Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• Shift days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat
• May be required to float to another facility

Location Highlights
