About The Role: The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) directly reports to the departmental Manager. Clinically and administratively supports the team. Monitors staffing and scheduling, develops a state of constant readiness for regulatory agencies, is actively engaged in patient satisfaction improvement/stabilization, and improvement of departmental efficiencies. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
