Provide education and support to patients and their families. Guide and mentor less experienced nursing staff. Participate in initiatives aimed at improving quality and processes within the department. Requirements and Qualifications Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a focus on mental health. Experience in behavioral health settings, particularly with adult and geriatric populations. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
