Engage with senior stakeholders to gather insights and understand regional priorities. Work closely with the delivery team to provide essential features and direction. Balance competing priorities while ensuring alignment with business strategy. Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback for informed decision-making. Requirements 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in insurance or financial services. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred. Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is essential. Proven track record in delivering successful digital products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks.
