Role: Manager - II_Data Governance

Experience: - Min 8-12_ Years

Location: - USA Remote

As a Data Governance , the primary responsibility is to participate in data mapping conversations and identify conceptual differences in how client's have structured their business and data environments.

Responsibilities: -

Attending data mapping sessions between Client teams

Actively listening to identify misalignments in business concepts and data model structures

Documenting business concepts from the client perspectives

Capturing instances where similar business purposes are accomplished through different data structures.

Collaborating with data governance team members to ensure consistency in documentation

Creating clear documentation that enables resolution of conceptual discrepancies.

Building a concept library that will support future affiliation efforts.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

Proven experience in data mapping or data analysis roles.

Strong active listening skills with ability to identify conceptual differences and misalignments.

Excellent documentation skills with ability to clearly articulate complex business concepts.

Proficiency with SQL for understanding and querying data structures.

Experience working with database structures and data models

Good to have skills

Previous experience with healthcare data or health plan operations.

Background in business analysis or requirements gathering.

Experience supporting merger, acquisition, or affiliation activities.

Familiarity with data governance practices and frameworks.
