About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team as a strategic partner. The CFO will be responsible for leading all finance, accounting, reporting, and compliance functions, and will play a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation. This executive will also be tasked with owning financial reporting, KPI development, and performance management, as well as driving improvements in systems, processes, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes prior CFO experience or senior finance leadership in a high-growth or lower-middle-market environment, and a strong grasp of financial strategy, cash management, and operational finance. The successful CFO at the company will be a critical player in supporting investor reporting, board materials, and lender relationships, and will provide financial leadership across growth initiatives, M&A, and integration efforts. While a CPA, MBA, or prior public accounting background is preferred, it is not required. The role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a collaborative and engaged team.
