Shop TechnicianSavage, MDPay: $19-21.00 /HR Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pmJob Type: Full?timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team in a hands?on role supporting the preparation, maintenance, and repair of hoisting and rigging rental equipment. This position plays a key part in ensuring our equipment is reliable, safe, and ready for immediate use by customers across a wide range of industries. You will work in a fast?paced warehouse environment performing inspections, repairs, and equipment handling while maintaining high safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare rental equipment orders and perform quality inspections.Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble, and test electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and hand?operated equipment.Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment.Operate a forklift to load/unload vehicles and move equipment throughout the warehouse.Drive company vehicles to transport rental orders safely and on schedule.RequirementsExperienceMechanical background or aptitude strongly preferredExperience with hand and power toolsExperience with air hoists, come?alongs, manual hoists, electric hoists, or rigging equipment is a plus (not required)Physical RequirementsPush/pull up to 50 lbsLift/carry up to 55 lbsPre?Employment RequirementsBackground checkEmployment verificationPeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
