Backend Production Support Engineer (w2)

Student visa welcome to apply We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in backend application support and production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, basic programming knowledge (any language), and hands-on experience in monitoring and resolving production issues in distributed systems. Responsible for handling production issues, Sev1/Sev2 incident resolution, and ensuring application stability in backend systems. Strong experience in log analysis, API troubleshooting, SQL-based data validation, and Linux/Unix environments required. Hands‑on exposure to monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or similar for application health and alert management.
