BI Analyst

Must be very strong building dashboards and have experience working with AI.

• Day to Day:
  This role has a strong focus on dashboarding and reporting, with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, and high-quality outputs. The individual will build stable, validated dashboards used for both internal and external reporting, while also contributing to usability improvements and AI-driven summarization features.

• Design and deliver high-quality dashboards and reports with a heavy emphasis on accuracy, validation, and reliability
• Build dashboards that are stable and suitable for external reporting, following rigorous validation standards
• Deliver reporting solutions quickly without sacrificing quality
• Work extensively with dashboarding and reporting tools, with a strong understanding of their structure and capabilities
• Support AI summarization efforts by helping build features that make insights easier for users to consume
• Improve usability by building features that allow users to interact with data more easily
• Understand reporting structure and requirements, and clearly organize insights for stakeholder use
• Support a critical reporting function, helping address capacity gaps on a team with multiple high-priority deliverables

• Advanced experience in dashboarding and reporting
• Strong attention to data quality, validation, and consistency
• Ability to work in highly critical environments with external-facing deliverables
• Strong understanding of reporting structures and data presentation
• Experience working alongside analytics, AI, or summarization-related initiatives
• Strong ability to communicate and understand the business
