Uses clinical inquiry to improve clinical practice and service outcomes. Assesses and evaluates care delivery models and implements changes based on outcome data. Develops education programs to enhance patient outcomes and the overall quality of care. Supports nursing practice through presentations, publications, research, and participation in professional organizations. Contributes to establishing clinical best‑practice processes across the institution. Coordinates with multiple disciplines to address and resolve system-level issues. Demonstrates Direct Care Competency through holistic, advanced nursing interaction with patients, families, and populations to promote health and improve quality of life.
