Requirements 20 days per month for clinic and call. Annually Mercy Southeast is at 600 deliveries. We do not have a laborist. Call shift is 24 hours as described in the request. Support Staff "24/7 CRNA RT 24/7 1st Assist Surgical RN "2 L&D Minimum staffing, increased as needed 2 NICU 1 OB Tech" Call Ratio 1:3 3 Midwife backup support as scheduled Primarily solo however with extended contract dates greater than a week, midwife primary call with locum providing back up call is an option OB GYN emergency call patient consults
