Field Service Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Service Coordinator to support a field service team. This role is responsible for coordinating between field technicians and customers. The position will involve supporting CQNs, billing activities, and customer communications. The work environment requires experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities between field technicians and customers.
• Support billing activities and customer communications.
• Manage CQNs and related processes.
• Utilize SAP, Salesforce, and Excel for daily tasks.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience working across multiple systems, including SAP, Salesforce, and Excel, is required.

This position is onsite in Murrysville, PA, particularly during the training period, with potential for hybrid flexibility thereafter.
