Night Shift- 5pm-5am (2/2/3 schedule) $18-19/hr to start Interview and Start ImmediatelyJob Description Assist in operating the filling line to complete products for customer orders. Work in a manufacturing environment following appropriate policies and procedures to ensure successful execution of position responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesAssist in operating filling line and packaging equipment.Perform general inspections of products during operation and pack off finished products.Package finished product packages, including making up corrugated boxes and partitions, packing finished products in boxes, sealing cases manually, labeling or stenciling finished cases, and placing finished cases on pallets using predetermined case placements.Monitor product cases to ensure proper weight and accurate packaging components.Report film splices, breakage, and machinery jams to the service machine operator immediately.Prepare work area for production and maintain cleanliness and order throughout the work shift.Place damaged product packages into proper containers and discard trash.Start and stop production equipment as assigned and maintain daily reports on product, brand, type, and quantity produced.Support the SQF Program and promote food safety by maintaining housekeeping in the immediate area and contributing to an audit-ready department.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsAbility to read and write to fill out various production reports.Judgment to monitor the product.Understanding of standard instructions and ability to work effectively with others.Manual dexterity, strength, and stamina to stand during an 8-hour shift and lift 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.Additional Skills & QualificationsPhysical strength and dexterity sufficient to perform the required tasks.Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more with assistance.Why Work Here?Enjoy career growth opportunities and on-the-job training, along with a full suite of benefits starting from your first day for eligible employees. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
