What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient Hematology and Oncology consultation and follow-up care.
• Manage treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, IVIG, IV iron, and injections.
• Support hospital inpatient and emergency consults on an as-needed basis.
• Perform procedural work such as port access; assist with bone marrow biopsies and lumbar punctures as needed (port access only).
• Participate in tumor board meetings and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Supervise and coordinate patient care efficiently within a busy outpatient setting.
• Support radiation oncology coordination with navigators.
• Cover urgent patient needs during provider absences, approximately 1-2 hours daily.

What You Need

Required:

• Double Boarded in Hematology & Oncology (or eligible)
• PA medical license (or willing to license)
• Fellowship training in Hematology & Oncology
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred, but less experienced providers considered
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with outpatient infusion procedures
• Ability to support hospital inpatient & ER consults as needed
