• Experience: All levels considered, Fellowship required

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $498.86

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology consultations, managing treatments for adult patients.
• Support hospital inpatient and ER consults related to blood disorders and cancers.
• Administer targeted therapies, including immunotherapy, IVIG, IV iron, and injections.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NP and virtual hematologist support.
• Participate in tumor board meetings and outpatient clinic workflows.
• Assist with urgent patient needs, including supervision during clinic as needed.
• Manage patient follow-ups, new patient assessments, and treatment planning.

What You Need:

• Active PA medical license (or be willing to license)
• Board certification in Hematology and Oncology (double boarded preferred)
• Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology
• Experience with outpatient treatment, infusion procedures, and hospital consults
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

About the Assignment:
This role is based at a leading facility in Chambersburg, PA, offering outpatient hematology and oncology care. The provider will see an average of 15 patients/day with a mix of new and follow-up visits. The clinic emphasizes targeted cancer therapies and collaborative patient management, with inpatient consult support provided by hospital staff. The schedule includes clinic hours, supervision duties, and night-call rotation, all within a supportive work environment.
