Our eight‑campus healthcare district has 613 beds and provides comprehensive services across a broad continuum of care. Shift Information Day shift – 8 hours or less. Location: United States of America. Department: Human Resources. Job Responsibilities Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Supports HR operations by identifying and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency. Ensures accurate processing and maintenance of employee records, job changes, and HRIS data. Monitors compliance for licensure, certifications, competencies, and required employment documentation (including I‑9s). Processes certification reimbursements and other employee‑related transactions per policy. Supports onboarding and lifecycle processes, including new hire, transfer, rehire, and return‑to‑work workflows. Collaborates with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Employee Health to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity. Provides general HR administrative support and cross‑coverage, including front desk support and employee events. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Two years in a Human Resource Department or in an area with a great deal of public contact.
