Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Active PT license in Ohio
- Current CPR
- Current Drivers License
- Dependable vehicle
- Current vehicle insurance
- Home Health experience required
Assignment Details
- Schedule: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Productivity expectation: 30 points
- No on-call or weekend requirement
- Coverage area includes Jackson and Gallia counties primarily, with rare coverage in Meigs and Athens counties

Gallipolis offers access to the Ohio River and a quieter southeastern Ohio setting. Gallipolis City Park sits along the riverfront downtown, and the city is about 15 miles from Gallia County’s rural communities that support home health travel. Wayne National Forest is within regional driving distance and offers hiking and outdoor recreation, while Point Pleasant, West Virginia is just across the river via the Grant Bridge. The area provides a small-town lifestyle with access to Route 35 for regional travel and connections toward Athens and Jackson.
