As a Player Club Representative, you will be responsible for assisting guests in all Player Rewards Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner.

What will you do?

• Maintain daily Lucky North Club procedures, including ID verification, filing, record keeping, and application coding 
• Enroll new club members and recruit additional guests into the program 
• Communicate promotional information and club benefits to guests and team members
• Update customer account information, understand direct mail parameters, and remain knowledgeable on point structures 
• Assist with guest questions, complaints, and problem resolution 
• Support promotions while answering and routing incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
