Thefoundation of BV Operations provides the ability to move where your skills are needed and allows for acollaborative and innovative culture offering greater challenges and career development opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needsand requirements that are set by the project managers based off client needsAssist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgetsUnder the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub-consultantsSupport business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation toclientsResponsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project teamPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplineLicensed PE or ability and interest to obtain PE and/or be in active pursuit of registrationThorough understanding of civil site development (i.e., Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm WaterManagement, Storm Water Design)Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorshipMinimum QualificationsRequires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing or equivalent experience in Engineering workMinimum of 5 years related work experienceAll applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.Holds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects in applicable countries, and supports where necessary.CertificationsHolds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements for BV projects in applicable countries, and supports where necessary.Work Environment/Physical DemandsHybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon managerdiscretion, job performance and work assignments.Typical office/home office environment.
