In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support, helping ensure smooth operations across teams.You will play a key role in maintaining organized schedules, supporting team activities, and assisting with documentation and communication, enabling leaders to stay focused on key business priorities.What We OfferThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a truly international company that makes global trade happen. If you don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar support roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and TeamsClear verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to collaborate effectively across teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesStrong reliability, follow-through, and a proactive mindsetAbility to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretionPay Range: $55,000 - $65,000*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
