Position: Case Supervisor/Staffing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their healthcare needs and preferences.
- Coordinate staffing assignments to match clients with a homemaker.
- Assist in developing care plans and ensuring they are implemented effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for client care and staffing.
Qualifications:
- CNA Certification
- Bilingual
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
