Senior Superintendent – $110M Bay Area School Project
ParkerBeth is partnering with a leading general contractor to hire a Senior Superintendent for a marquee $110M+ school construction project in Hayward, CA .
This multi-phase build will transform an existing elementary school into a state-of-the-art middle school with multiple structures, structural steel, masonry, and high-end finishes. The project kicked off with demo in Fall 2025, and has continued with mass grading/utilities into early this year with vertical construction planned to start in Summer 2026.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee 2–3 superintendents and field crews
- Lead demo, grading, utility, and ground-up phases
- Ensure DSA compliance, schedule, safety, and quality standards
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and assistants on-site
What We’re Looking For
- 8-10+ years of experience as a superintendent with experience on $100M+ projects
- Strong background with public works, commercial, or K–12 construction
- Experience managing multiple superintendents at once
- Consistent work history with top GCs
- Expertise in structural steel, masonry, and complex builds
