No other company in our region can offer the opportunities that we offer for motivated team members.Job DutiesService and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and service at various customer locationsPerform site surveys and move out inspections as well as repairs needed.Accurately communicate and discuss work performed with customer and internal management.Turn in all reports/invoicing/service tickets in a timely manner.Nights/weekend on call rotation currently about one a month.Even mix of new/billable service as well as PM turnover and repairs.RequirementsThe perfect candidate would have a minimum of five years' experience in providing quality commercial and industrial service and maintenance to a wide range of facility equipment. We are also interested in high quality residential technicians who are interested in making the leap from residential to commercial service.
