Sourcing Manager

Salary Range: $97,900.00 - $146,900.00 Purpose Statement: Responsible for identifying materials suitable for corporate contracts within assigned commodity scope. Responsible for developing and administering contracts which take full advantage of the total corporate volume and developing supply chain strategies to yield component contracts at the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Responsible for generating forecast and total purchase reports for management as required. Key Job Accountabilities Develop, communicate, and execute the forward growth strategy for assigned commodities. Conduct industry research and have a high degree of business knowledge of the manufacturers, suppliers and marketplace. Establish performance objectives and associated metrics for the Commodities Group. Track the performance and report progress on a monthly or quarterly basis as directed. Support sites in the region when critical component escalations arise. Provide necessary guidance and support to the organization on the commodity strategy. Cultivate and maintain regional and global strategic supplier relationships with their executives for all major component types within assigned commodities. Education / Experience Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 6 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered. Other Qualifications Procurement, supply chain, distribution, and logistics competence Strong experience driving KPIs Demonstrated commodity management expertise Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities Continuous improvement mindset Project management experience Physical Requirements Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
