• Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (1:00 PM - 9:30 PM)
• Hours/Week: 40 hours

• Licensure/Certifications: CRCST or CSPDT required
• Experience: Prior sterile processing experience in high-volume or trauma facilities preferred

What You'll Do:

• Decontaminate all surgical instruments, including drills, Da Vinci equipment, and scopes
• Assemble instruments for all service lines, including trauma and loaner cases, peel packaging
• Perform sterilization procedures using sterilization and steam methods
• Handle HLD and scope reprocessing
• Manage sterile storage areas
• Act as an OR liaison when needed
• Use Censitrac tracking system to document processing activities

What You Need:

• CRCST or CSPDT certification is required
• Experience in sterile processing in busy or trauma settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This assignment is with a busy trauma facility in Columbus, Ohio, requiring dedicated sterile processing expertise to ensure timely and safe sterilization of surgical instruments. Floating between multiple locations may be necessary to meet operational needs.
