Pay as Cross Country posts it: about $2,440 a week in all, a taxable rate of $32.59 an hour plus $1,267 a week in housing and meal stipends.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse in Michigan. Job Details

• Location: Michigan
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Michigan nursing license verification (LARA and Nursys), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, 1+ year of ICU experience, specific EKG experience, physical certifications as listed.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing Vents, CRRT, and Balloon Pumps; familiarity with neuro, CVICU, trauma units.
• Additional Information:
• The ICU unit cares for over 4,000 cardiology patients annually, including procedures like PTCA, stents, TAVR, MitraClip, and bi-ventricular pacemakers.
• Approximately 300 open heart surgery patients (18-24 hours post-op) are discharged from this unit.
• The unit specializes in congestive heart failure and electrophysiology studies.
• The role requires strict adherence to attendance policy, with specified consequences for absences or tardiness.
• Candidate must be willing to float to similar units such as Neuro, CVICU, and Trauma.

• Holiday Rate applies from 7 pm eve of the holiday to 7 pm of the holiday, at the designated rate.
