In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized telecommunications brands inside major retail locations, helping customers discover wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions that fit their lifestyles. What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide an outstanding in-store experience.
• Educate customers on available products, services, and current promotions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Complete sales while delivering excellent customer service.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge, sales, and leadership training.
• Represent our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age/Auth: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability: Full-time schedule, including weekends as needed.
• Work Environment: 100% in-person inside retail partner locations.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour

Employees are also eligible to earn performance-based commissions . Employees receive at least the applicable hourly wage for all hours worked, including overtime where required by law. When earned commissions exceed hourly wages during the applicable pay period, employees receive the higher commission amount in accordance with company compensation policies.

Top-performing representatives typically earn $800-$1,200 per week , although individual earnings vary based on performance and are not guaranteed.
