Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and caring Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference and growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy in home, clinic, or community settings
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress
• Assist with skill acquisition (communication, social, daily living skills)
• Support behavior reduction using positive, ethical strategies
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality

✅ Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred in psychology, education, or related field)
• Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience a plus)
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification (if not already certified)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check

Skills

• Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
• Excellent data collection skills to track client progress accurately.
• Compassionate patient care approach combined with effective teaching methods.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical documentation standards.
• Ability to interpret medical records and contribute to care plans collaboratively.
