• Seeking a second pediatric-pulmonologist who is open minded & willing to work with the team and help building up this branch of the practice.

• Sleep training is a plus.
\n
• Must be willing to also see General Pediatrics

• Schedule: Mon-Friday with equal split call schedule based on how many providers are available.
This is a new division dedicated to providing specialized pediatric pulmonary care. They are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Pulmonary Physician to join this newly created branch. This position plays a key role in shaping the department and ensuring the highest level of care for children with respiratory conditions.Qualifications:\n
• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
\n
• Board Certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Pulmonology.
\n
• Valid medical license to practice in Pennsylvania.
\n
• Experience in pediatric respiratory procedures such as bronchoscopy and pulmonary function testing.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
\n
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
\n
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
Responsibilities:\n
• Provide expert medical care for children with pulmonary disorders, including asthma, cystic fibrosis, chronic lung disease, and sleep-related breathing disorders.
\n
• Diagnose and manage respiratory conditions using advanced diagnostic tools and treatments.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans for each patient, including pulmonologists, respiratory therapists, nutritionists, and other specialists.
\n
• Participate in the development of protocols and guidelines for the pediatric pulmonary department.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory diseases, treatments, and preventive care measures.
\n
• Perform bronchoscopies, pulmonary function tests, and other relevant procedures.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in pediatric pulmonary medicine and integrate them into clinical practice.
\n
• Actively contribute to patient education initiatives, community outreach programs, and research projects within the department.
\n
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and TruDoc Medical's standards of care.
\n
• Mentor and supervise junior medical staff, and medical students in the department.
