Pediatrician Opportunity | Northeastern Pennsylvania
\nAn established FQHC in Northeastern Pennsylvania is seeking an additional Pediatrician to join its established team.
\nPosition Highlights
\n- \n
- Join an established pediatric team with an experienced Pediatrician and PNP \n
- Primarily outpatient pediatrics with 16–22 patients per day \n
- Phone-only call approximately 1:3 \n
- Strong clinical support with a dedicated nurse and medical assistant \n
- Six exam rooms with approximately two rooms per provider \n
- Comprehensive care for patients from infancy through adolescence \n
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with multiple specialties on-site \n
Compensation & Benefits

- $220,000–$250,000 salary , depending on experience \n
- Comprehensive health insurance with no employee cost share \n
- 4 weeks PTO + 11 paid holidays \n
- $2,000 annual CME allowance + 1 week CME \n
- Relocation assistance available \n
- FQHC eligibility for applicable student loan repayment programs \n
- Comprehensive additional benefits package \n
