Account Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales. This role focuses on managing the full sales cycle , driving new logo acquisition as well as growth within existing accounts , and collaborating closely with marketing to generate demand and leads. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals. Drive new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, events, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast accurately. Participate in strategic account planning and contribute to team sales goals. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Executive. Proven track record selling to SMB and Commercial clients . Experience working with partners or technologies such as ServiceNow, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, or similar . Comfortable in both hunter (new business development) and farmer (account growth) roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills . Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset. English proficiency is required. OTE: $167,000 – $178,750 USD (base salary + commissions, negotiable).
