Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team (1‑3 years experience). The ideal candidate will have experience in either insurance defense work or plaintiff personal injury litigation. This dual‑sided practice allows you to experience the stability of defense work with hourly fees, while also engaging in challenging and rewarding plaintiff personal injury litigation. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and discovery. Represent clients in both plaintiff and defense personal injury cases. Engage in business development activities to generate new clients and cases. Collaborate with senior attorneys to grow your skill set both in the courtroom and in managing the business of law. Participate in a dynamic, team‑oriented work environment. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury litigation, either in insurance defense or plaintiff‑side practice. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
