- Representclientsincourtproceedings,includinghearings,trials,anddepositions.
- Presentarguments,questionwitnesses,andadvocateonbehalfofclients.
- ClientCommunication&CaseManagement:
- Keepclientsinformedaboutcaseprogressandlegalstrategies.
- Managemultiplecasessimultaneouslywhiledeadlinesaremet.
Qualifications:
- Education&Licensing:
- JurisDoctor(J.D.)degreefromanaccreditedlawschool.
