What you'll do Data & Site Analysis: Review property measurement data, photos, video footage, and solar installation specifications to determine precise access requirements for domestic and commercial properties. Cost Estimation: Produce accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates and bills of quantities for standard and bespoke access scaffolding, adhering strictly to TG20 guidelines . Subcontractor Management: Communicate project scopes to subcontractor partners, negotiate rates, issue quote requests, and ensure estimates align with agreed commercial terms. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all proposed scaffolding solutions meet current UK Health & Safety regulations , NASC guidance , and...
